Horacio Rey, Mr. Silver & Black! Better known by his stage name TALL BOY, is an American rapper. Starting his rise to fame in 2020 with his official debut album, "TALL BOY -TRILOGY". This 3 part album has release dates of 2020, 2022 & 2024. Since then, he has been considered to be a driving force in bringing back the West Coast hip hop scene and competing with many of his World Wide counter parts. TALL BOY first gained prominence when he attended a hip-hop summit in the local community, hosted and promoted by the local radio station. Followed by many offers from small time record labels to sign with, TALL BOY decided to stay independent.
